One of things we are most proud of at Foods Connected is the partnerships we build with our customers. So when they tell us something, we make sure we listen.
When we decided it was time to update the Foods Connected platform, the first thing we did was sit down with our customers. We asked what was working, what was frustrating and what would make their days easier. Then we started making some improvements.
From next month, those changes will start to appear across the platform. The outcome will be better user experiences and reliability across daily operations, as well as enhanced performance with less waiting and fewer interruptions.
