Head of Business at Foods Connected, Matt has 17 years experience in the food industry beginning his career as a graduate trainee at Bakkavor and latterly as a multi-site Head of Technical with Finsbury Food Group. Matt has worked across a wide variety of product categories and sectors working at some of the Globes leading brands and retailers along the way such as Innocent Drinks, M&S, Itsu and Bazooka Candy Brands. Matt has expertise in many types of food manufacturing and global legislative requirements and is an SME on a wide variety of Food Safety standards such as BRCGS and UK retailer Standards.
