Dr Fiona Roberts is Impact Director at First Milk, where she supports the cooperative's impact strategy across sustainability, regenerative agriculture, animal welfare and responsible sourcing. With over 25 years' experience across the livestock, food manufacturing, retail and foodservice sectors, she has worked throughout the supply chain to develop practical, science-led programmes that improve animal welfare, strengthen supply chain resilience and deliver measurable environmental and commercial outcomes. Fiona works closely with farmers, researchers, customers and industry partners to translate emerging science into practical solutions. She is passionate about ensuring animal welfare is recognised as a core component of sustainable food systems and is a regular speaker on the role of data, innovation and collaboration in driving positive change across agriculture.
