Foods Connected Acquires HarvestMark Quality Insights Platform from iFoodDS, Expanding Quality and Food Safety Capabilities in North America and Australia. The acquisition demonstrates Foods Connected’s commitment to global food supply chain software and growth of the Quality Insights business.

Foods Connected, the global food supply chain software platform for supplier compliance, quality inspection, food safety, PLM, specifications, and procurement, today announced it has acquired HarvestMarkQuality Insights, a food quality inspection and insights solution formerly part of iFoodDS, a leading provider of food traceability solutions.

The acquisition adds more than a decade of quality inspection expertise to the Foods Connected platform, significantly expanding its presence in North America alongside its established base across the UK, Europe, and Australia.

As part of the transaction, the HarvestMark Quality Insights product and team join Foods Connected. iFoodDS continues to operate independently, remaining focused on traceability through its Trace Exchange platform.

Foods Connected works with leading food manufacturers, retailers, and foodservice businesses around the world, providing them with the tools to manage supplier compliance, auditing, food safety, product lifecycle management, specifications, and procurement across their supply chains.
